Refund and Returns Policy

 

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item in original intact unopened unaltered non tampered packing. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {[email protected]} and send your item to: 

 

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We are using all leading courier companies like DTDC, DHL, Fedex, GATI etc to securely send the package to you. Delivery time in metro city normally is 1-4 days. Non metro 3-5 days.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Metro city – 1-4 days

Non Metro- 3-5 days

Remote corners of india- 5-9 days ( India Post )

Imported products may take -7-13 Days (Customs clearing process etc)

Do i need to pay cancel cost ?

Yes, incase you want to cancel/ return the product without any valid reason we will refund your money deducting the forward and return courier cost + handling charge. Typically national courier cost is Rs70-100 + creditcard processing fee- Rs30-50. Packaging fee-Rs 5-10. We will deduct the cost of damanged product due to incorrect usage / unfair usage. Please keep all original packaging materials. Do not use the product or take out labels/ stickers/ seals if you want to return.

Do You Import Products?

Yes many of our products are manufactured by global brands. We Import & stock in India.

Do I need to Pay Customs Charges for Imported products ?

No, all product price is inclusive of all costs & taxes. Nothing to be paid extra. 

Can we return / refund after purchase ?

>Yes, you can return the package but we will deduct cost of courier at actual + handling fees & refund you the money.

We will refund 100% of your money if the courier is damaged during transit / different product shipped than you purchased.

If you simply want to return without any valid reason or didnt like the product we will deduct the shipping+ handling charge only.

We will arrange for the return shipping. keep the product unused in original condition & give it to our courier service.

Unfortunately we don’t accept COD payment at this point. All payments need to be  prepaid & online.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Please call/ message as soon as possible to cancel order. Once we shipped your order it’s not possible to cancel the order. You can ask for refund only after we get back the parcel from you.

After you successfully paid order you will receive confirmation email of payment. After the handling packaging time is over we will send you another email with courier tracking details.
