4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays, courier logistics, or force majeure events.

  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided during checkout.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Customer Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support.

  • Returns & Replacements: Returns and replacements are governed by our Return Policy. Products must be returned in their original condition with tags, packaging, and invoices intact.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source or via bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders) within 5–7 working days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
