What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use all leading courier companies like Bluedart, Delhivery Air, DTDC and Amazon Shipping service to securely deliver your package. Delivery time in metro cities is normally 1–4 days. Non-metro locations take 3–5 days.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

  • Remote Corners of India: 5–9 days (via India Post)
  • Imported Products: 7–13 days (due to customs clearing processes)

Do I Need to Pay a Cancellation Cost?

Yes. In case you want to cancel or return the product without a valid structural reason, we will refund your money minus the forward/return courier costs and a handling charge. Typically, national courier costs run ₹70–₹100, credit card processing fees run ₹30–₹50, and packaging fees run ₹5–₹10.

We will also deduct costs for any products damaged due to incorrect or unfair usage. Please preserve all original packaging materials. Do not use the product or remove labels, stickers, or seals if you intend to return it.

Do You Import Products?

Yes, most of our products are manufactured by global brands. We import and stock them directly in India for faster local distribution. Some products have pre-order tag, those products are imported after you book and pay the item cost.typically 7-13 days prdoct is imported for you.

Do I Need to Pay Customs Charges for Imported Products?

No, all product pricing is fully inclusive of import duties, shipping costs, and Indian taxes. You will never have to pay anything extra upon delivery.

Can I Return or Refund an Item After Purchase?

Change of Mind: Yes, you can return the package, but we will deduct the actual cost of courier shipping and handling fees before issuing your refund.

Transit Damage or Incorrect Item: We will refund 100% of your money if the item is damaged during transit or if a different product was shipped than what you purchased.

The Return Process: We will arrange for the return shipping pickup. Please keep the product unused, in its original condition, and hand it over to our assigned courier partner.
